BEROE SENSE

1. Order fulfilment area

Orders placed in the BEROE SENSE store are dispatched from the territory of the Republic of Poland, from the Company’s registered office:

We deliver:

  • within Poland,
  • to selected countries within the European Union,
  • to other countries, subject to courier service availability.

2. Delivery methods – Poland

Within Poland, we use InPost delivery services.

Available delivery options:

  • InPost Parcel Lockers (Paczkomaty®)
  • InPost Courier

3. Delivery costs – Poland

  • Free delivery applies only within Poland for orders with a total value of PLN 800.00 gross or more.
  • For orders below PLN 800.00, standard delivery applies.

The current standard delivery fee is PLN 13.23 gross.

Delivery fees may change depending on the courier’s current price list. The final delivery fee is always displayed in the cart before placing an order and is binding for that specific order.

4. Order processing time

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.
  • Order preparation time is usually 1–2 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time within Poland: 1–2 business days from dispatch.

The total order fulfilment time should not exceed 3 business days, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

5. Collection in person

Collection in person is available only after prior contact with our customer service and confirmation that this option is available.

Conditions for collection in person:

  • the collection date/time is agreed individually,
  • collection in person is not automatically available during checkout,
  • without prior confirmation, collection in person cannot be arranged.

6. International shipping (EU and non-EU)

For international shipments, we use external courier companies, selected individually depending on the destination country.

We always aim to provide:

  • the most cost-effective and safe transport option reasonably available,
  • clear information about shipping costs before the order is placed.

International shipping costs and delivery times depend on:

  • the destination country,
  • the parcel weight and dimensions,
  • current carrier rates.

The final international shipping cost is always displayed in the cart before checkout.

7. Duties, taxes and local charges

For shipments outside the European Union, additional charges may apply, including:

  • customs duties,
  • taxes,
  • import fees.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are payable by the recipient, in accordance with the regulations applicable in the destination country.

8. Responsibility for the shipment

  • Responsibility for the shipment passes to the Customer when the parcel is handed over to the carrier, in accordance with applicable laws.
  • If any damage to the parcel is identified, we recommend preparing a damage report with the courier and contacting our customer service without delay.

9. Changes to the Shipping Policy

BEROE SENSE Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to make changes to this Shipping Policy, in particular in the event of:

  • changes to courier price lists,
  • changes to available delivery methods,
  • changes to applicable legal regulations.

The current version of the Shipping Policy is always available on the store’s website.
