Beroe Sense Event and Registration Form Privacy Policy
This document sets out the principles of personal data processing by BEROE SENSE Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Drwalew, 6 Grójecka Street, 05-651 Drwalew, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Lublin-Wschód in Lublin with its registered office in Świdnik, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001070439, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 7972084962, National Business Registry Number (REGON) 526998824, share capital PLN 50 000 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller" or "Beroe Sense").
1. What data do we process?
We may process the following data as part of the application form:
· name and surname
· name of the office/company
· Tax Identification Number (in the case of a company)
· city
· email address
· phone number
2. For what purpose do we process data?
We process data for the purpose of:
1. handling event registration and organizational contact
2. verification of applications and management of the list of participants
3. sending organizational information related to the event
4. conducting marketing communications – only with separate consent
3. Legal basis for processing
Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – processing of an event registration
Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller (contact, protection against abuse, event organisation)
Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – marketing consent (voluntary)
4. How long do we store data?
· registration data: up to 12 months after the event
· marketing data: until consent is withdrawn
5. Who can we transfer your data to?
Data may be transferred to entities providing services to the Controller, e.g.:
· IT companies
· mailing system/CRM providers
· entities supporting the event (hotel, logistics organizer)
Data is not transferred outside the EEA.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
· access to data
· rectification of data
· deletion of data
processing restrictions
data transfer
· objection
withdrawal of consent (if it is the basis for processing)

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
7. How long has this policy been in effect?
The policy is effective from the date of publication on the event website.
